as others have said, check that your form is ok. also recommend doing a youtube search for yoga for lower back pain, there is some good stuff.

Remember it's only a 20 minute workout- you won't lose weight unless you're really spot on with your nutrition and/or doing additional exercise. I've been doing shred + 15 mins moderate-high intensity cardio + 20 mins walking every weekday and I'm happy with my weight loss results so far (did first day of level 3 today).

I've said it before... the biggest thing that helps stop me from eating things I know I "shouldn't": instead of telling yourself you can't eat it, tell yourself that if you CAN eat it- if you still want it in 15 minutes time. I think the idea is that the amount of calories they give you is your "net calories"- so that if you "eat back" your exercise calories you should hit your goal weight in the timeframe you specified.
