I like triscuit crackers with a small amount of cheese (whatever you'd like) and some turkey breast. Makes a great little snack!

I used to love drinking soda but I definitely cut back because I don't want to be drinking my calories. If I can fit a regular soda into my calories for the day and I feel like having one, then I'll have one. You don't have to give up the things you like.

I do the same thing! I use a lot less oil than I normally used to and I still get the great flavor .

I know this seems pretty boring but I just go to my gym, and pick whatever cardio machine/exercise I feel like doing that night Put my ipad on and watch and workout to an episode of supernatural (~45 minutes). I have fun!

Great! I've had psoriasis for 21 years (since I was 5 years old). It's cleared up and I haven't had a severe outbreak in over a decade but I still have some stubborn spots on my elbows, knees and arms I just can't seem to get rid of. I received a Quesadilla Maker as a gift so I try to put it to use. I make Vegetable Quesadillas (Red Onion, Red Pepper, Green Pepper, Zucchini Squash, Yellow Squash & Broccoli with a small amount of cheddar cheese). These actually freeze really well! I cut into wedges and reheat in the toast oven and voila... a nice snack!!
