I need some food ideas!!!!!!!!!!!

My husband and I have recently started eating differently cutting out processed foods and we upped our calories, I need to get in about 1900 and he gets in about 2500 a day I need help getting in all the good fats, carbs, and protein etc. we need in a day give me any recipes you have breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. Thanks :-)
