How I've missed you! First one in weeks! It was a nice feeling. Feels good knowing I don't have to give up everything, indulge once in a while and still lose :)
What do you do when you don't have the urge to eat? I feel like this frequently. I'll eat something small and it sustains my hunger pains for a long time however I don't use all my calories for the day and I only have 1200. I'd like to be eating all of those calories but I don't want to force myself! Any advice?
