  • I've stopped for about two weeks and just going to get straight back into level 2 day 16. Not going to worry too much about the break. Got Ripped in 30 to do afterwards.
  • Definitely sensible to take a break. Hope your legs recover soon. I had a 3 day headache so only completed level 2 day 2 today. Disappointed I had to rest but at least there was a reason, I was just making excuses like I did on my last 30DS attempt.
  • Well first day of level 2 done and it wasn't too bad. Had to pause it to catch my breath a few times but not as awful as I thought it would be. I'm sure tomorrow will be pretty difficult though after tonight's aches and pains begin.
  • Eek, I'm glad I'm starting it after work tonight. That way I can flop to bed soon after.
  • Like a lot of people I was thinking of doing Ripped in 30 next and then 6 week 6 pack. Then maybe try her 30 day slim down where you do a combination of 30DS, Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism and Quick Trouble Zones. A lot of DVDs to buy but I've cancelled my gym membership so it'll save money in the long run.

  • Tonight was the last day of level 1. Is there quite a difference between levels? Still find the cardio in circuit 1 difficult. Hate those jumping jacks.
