Probably 21% - 25%. It's not that easy to tell without a face and arm shot included but you look fairly lean. 20% and lower is really lean for women. You can get some calipers and try taking measurements but if you want to know the exact amount you need a professional to do it.

Lifting weights will increase your muscle mass but it will also increase your base metabolism which means you'll burn more calories doing nothing. Trust me, you'll look even better and better the more you get into lifting. You can weigh the same thing and be a smaller size pants if you work on it. Muscle is more dense than…

Well, there you go. Keep it slower and build up your endurance. The longer you've been running and the more miles you run per week, the better your endurance will be. Just be patient and do it correctly.

I'm having beer and fish right now. I eat back most of my calories burned from running. NET calories are all that matter.
-
Meal timing doesn't matter.Eat in bed. Eat after 10:00. Skip breakfast. None of that matters. Just log how many calories you eat in a day.
-
Nope, it's just you. :| This happens to me every week after my long runs. Don't worry about water weight.

You forgot the Midol.

Is a food scale on the table offensive?

Looking in the mirror. That's my a-ha moment.

Obviously they're not hot enough or you wouldn't even be asking this question.

Yeah. Just selling a low carb diet. There's nothing interesting to see here.

It stops but only for two seconds. You're possibly drinking a lot more water than you need. Drinking excessive water won't make you lose weight. There are no calories in water so it has an affect on your health but doesn't affect your weight much at all.
-
Just make sure and keep an eye on the road. Some people say it's a dangerous as texting and driving.
-
Really that's a super important thing. Food shouldn't be an emotional crutch that you run too to feel better. Not that you can't feel dissatisfied with your physical shape but you shouldn't beat yourself up over it. Just start making healthy changes and feel good about making progress.

Someone has to make good filler music between the #1 hits. That's his niche.

Try out the couch to 5K app/plan.

Working out requires a bit of extra water for your body to rebuild muscle and joints. That's all your seeing. When you stopped you didn't need it. Now that you're working out again you'll gain some of it back. Ignore this and keep doing the right things. Sounds like you're doing the right things. Just make sure you're…

Talk to a cardiologist.

Yep. I was eating about 2000 calories a dayand dropping nearly every week when I was 220 - 245 range. I'm 6'2". Some weeks you might lose just .5 or nothing but nearly every week I would lose a pound. You don't need to go lower than that. Also remember that as you lose weight your calorie demands will lower so your weight…

Wicked awesome run! Love this. Thanks for sharing the pictures.

Have you tried Flax seeds? I hear that might help with the cravings.
-
It will save you some money but it's not going to do much towards making you healthy if you switch to water. There's no real evidence that this affects your weight. Zero calories is zero calories.

Pedestrian first..... to die.

84 degrees and 84% humidity will do that for sure along with making your chest strap rub a hole in your sternum. I quit wearing my HRM during the summer. It's not like I need feedback I know it's high even when I'm slow. *shrugs*

The problem I have is when I'm running in the rain my feet get soaked and having all the room in the world doesn't help when your foot slides forward and hits the end of your shoe. Long runs around 16 miles in the rain caused both of my black toenails. They never actually came off. They just turned black and the nail…
-
Now you're talking. That and missing toenails are a real problem. I had two last year from running in wet shoes. Then again it wasn't a big deal unless I was wearing flip-flops to the pool and people would get grossed out by it. LOL
-
At any rate people stop to pee when then go to the food court in the mall. This isn't a runner's problem exactly.

Not on a training run but during an actual race?
