I'm addicted to the strawberry flavour; don't use anything else :) I use a hand cocktail shaker, and just milk. Yum yum. Good luck with your goals.

Fantastic work! Well done you! You look great! Good luck maintaining and enjoying life to the max!

I keep thinking about it in my mind and respond to the thoughts by turning it into motivation. For instance your dad's comment is actually a compliment, it means you've been so good at a restricted diet that he's noticed! Well done you! Keep it up!

It's normal, just keep going...eventually you get fitter and it'll take longer for it to build up.

Well done! You look great!

Amen! Very sophisticated looking!

I found it was a great way to lose weight if you're busy or lazy - like me :) I lost a lot and quickly. I was worried about the long term effect of two shakes a day though so I have since moved to "Patrick Holfords" diet which is the opposite, lots of hard work to prepare and cook but great tasting and still losing the…

Hi Fiona, Isn't fruit juice is pure sugar? Try water if you can't take milk. I lost a serious amount very quickly. Are your main meal portions healthy and sensible? Are you exercising and eating regularly to keep your metabolism high?

Can I suggest you try without then measure and monitor over a period of time, then try with them and diary that too then compare? Then you'll know for yourself. I did this and found they helped. The body building shakes have more than just protein in them and really helped me gain.

When I found it hard to get out of bed. I.e. by sitting up right rather than the fatty rolling sideways technique. It wasn't quite enough though I also needed to watch a friend do a marathon at an elite pace and I realised back in the day I could have competed with him and laterly all I can do is compete in a food eating…

I'm using herbalife at the moment. The weight dropped off me pretty quickly but now I need to be very careful about what I eat again making sure the balance of exersise and no snacking ensures i'm under my daily carlorie allowance. All I can suggest Iorraynep is eat less and exercise more - make it a scientific experiment…

I'm originally from the 'shire' - no gyms there though, just the hills and rivers to run around. Interestingly enough I was at my fitness when I lived there! Not sure what that says lol.

I need to lose a considerable amount of weight before I dont embarrass myself at BMF etc. However, all of these things are right up my street and maybe next year I'll see you out there! I did the rat race in Edinburgh a few years ago and recommend that if you haven't tried it.

When the food I eat changes a lot eg from eatting junk to health foods I get constant headaches for around a week. From my experience it goes away. Do however try to drink lots of water! I can't comment on the dizzy spells but I would advice not asking here and go and see a medical professional.

I enjoy Patrick Holford's receipe. A quick google search found this: (Not the same but close enough; it's the spring onions that really make it tasty) http://foodforwellbeing.wordpress.com/tag/quinoa-recipes-wheat-free-gluten-free-gluten-free-wheat-tabbouleh-salad-herbs-parsley-mint-lunch-snacks/

I guess I just need a figure to add on here for when I do a class. I don't own a HRM although that's a good idea. I'll add 300 calories burned for now and see how it measures compared to other activities when I see the weight loss from other days with different activities. Big congratulations on 46lb lost! Inspiring! Good…

Hi, I've trained KUGB shotokan karate most of my life. I'm currently starting to get back into it but keep getting injured. My aim is to get my weight in check as quickly as possible to get the most from my karate.
