Thanks - Yes I was eating more food with my trainer and did gain weight. Now, I eat the same and weight is coming off. When I am done with this trainer will go on my own. Needed trainer to give me a jump start.

Thanks everyone for your responses, I will continue to make sure that I eat right and get the right amount of calories. Noticed that my inches are getting small and there is muscle tone, I just now need to watch the food intake and the right food choices.

You need to make sure you get protein in each meal and snack on fruit. You need to check your calories in and out. If you exercise a lot you need to eat more.

Thanks! This week joined a new gym. My old gym was becoming a social event not working out. Also, did workout with a trainer yesterday. Decided that this will assist me to get me back on track. Thank you! You are right. Do not look at the scale look at what inches and how you feel. The scale can be your worst enemy.
