Mixed peppers( frozen are cheaper)red onion, spray oil , stir fry til cooked, add tin or fresh tomatoes, heat through, serve with 40g wholewheat pasta , rice or a jacket potato, sprinkle with a little grated parmesan or half fat cheese, can blend the veggies for a tasty sauce too .

i find all this sugar talk extremely confusing, why not cut out where you can and leave it at that ! instead of reading conflicting information which leads to total confusion !

i have also read that soya is one to avoid, but if you're happy with what you're doing, then i see no reason to cut it out completely. sometimes all this new information is totally confusing ! just go with your instincts.
