Just a little tip--you can buy sugar free reeses...they're a lot better for you & hardly taste any different!! I'm also addicted so that's what I've been buying instead :)

The people I work with are constantly bringing in cookies, cupcakes, candy etc. for the whole office. It is EXTREMELY difficult to say no to these things, but YOU CAN DO IT. Drink lots of water throughout the day so you feel more full....too full for treats :) & bring your own healthy snacks to work & munch on those…
