I weighed 220lbs when I graduated from highschool. I am now 179lbs. Lowest was 148 about 3 years ago. So I am getting back to where I was 3 years ago :)

Its not about losing fast or slow. That has absolutely nothing to do with it. Its about your own skin's elasticity, how much you have stretched out your skin and genetics.

The salmon tostada salad at Bahama Breeze is over 1,200 calories and so is the salmon salad at Cafe Rio.

Heck no and you said it just happened? Plus you know where in the house it happened? No way, that is why I am really hoping that when I make that leap to buy a home I can get new construction. I am a history buff and things that have happened, stick with me. I could NEVER be comfortable there.

Looks like the Lions can't function without Megatron. SMH The Packers are killing Panthers.

When you find one, see if he has a friend LOL!

They just got in a nice 3pts so Im good with that. Theyve been having slow starts all season and have been able to pull through. They have been my surefire all season so far. Hopefully with Megatron out we will still pull out a W. I usually go with the Saints but theyve cost me two tickets this season. Brees needs to step…

Ive never heard of this, but I will be starting grad school in the winter so I am going to check this out because if I don't have the time nor energy to cook now I know it will be extremely worse then.

Absolutely, I have much more confidence and its real confidence not fake confidence that I put on so that people wouldnt think I was depressed.

You may want to have a blood panel done. If you are deficient in Iron, Vitamin D or B12 or all three you will see an increase in fatigue.

I have so many lol. No the most silliest, childish and potentially mental issue that I have for motivation is to continue being smaller than my cousin. **shame** Lol. Ive always been bigger than her. And when I lost my weight, she couldn't take and has shown her true colors. She has since gotten the band with plication so…

It really is an odd thing to deal with if you aren't of school age, but its sad that we do still deal with it in our adult lives.

Why are people mean? LOL thats like asking why the sky is blue and what is the meaning of life  But in all seriousness, as women, and I know Im stereotyping here, we have a hard time giving other women her props. We are catty by nature. We are always in competition with one another, whether consciously or…

personally I don't care to date a man older than me by more than 5-7 years. I would date a younger man before an older man. But really its a personal preference and like others said if you have to ask then maybe just maybe its not for you. Whenever Ive dated men that were younger than me, I found no reason to justify it to…

I was 300lbs at my heaviest and honestly I don' think it was one thing that got me there. I have always been heavy. I can't remember not being heavy. And over the years I guess I just stopped noticing the weight gain. As I entered my adult hood I noticed it more (dating...geez) and I did the diets and weight loss plans…

Just realized I already commented lol

I honestly don't believe in "losing too fast" As long as you are getting in your nutrients and your deficit isn't insane I don't see anything wrong with if you happen to lose 3lbs a week. I think that "if you lose more than 2lbs a week, you will have grave results" is a bunch of hogwash and is geared towards those that…

I just graduated from college in May, I am 35 and I have a 2 year old daughter. The job offers I got just couldn't support my expenses any more so I made the conscious decision to pack up my stuff and move back in with my parents for 6 months. Its hard and I truly understand how you feel. I do have to help my parents out,…

I dont know if mine quantifies as a cheat day, but every 30 days I eat what I want but I still log it. I just had one on Monday and I didn't even go over my calories lol and on my off days Im a bit more lenient on if I go over by a 100 calories or so. (thats my wine budget lol)

Like a previous poster said. If someone offered me 5 million dollars and told me I had to lose 20lbs, guess what? I am doing anything humanly possible to get there. Money is the motivating factor for most. Some are narcissitic and thrive off the adoration of looking a certain way.
-
I log everything also and thats exactly what I do. I don't like seeing red so I use that as a tool to see when Ive gone off track. Im very competitive, even with myself so I am hard on myself in that respect.

Yea, same here. I dont do many pastries for the same reason. Most things are just entirely too sweet for me. But I love fresh baked cookies, birthday cake with whipped icing and muffins and some brownies but usually can only eat a half of one because its entirely too sweet. I cant remember the last time I ate any type of…

Same here, I hate mayo, mustard and tartar sauce. I can take or leave chocolate. even though every now and then, thats all I want. I do NOT like buttercream frosting. I loathe it, yuck! Not a big fried chicken eater. Despise hot dogs and could careless if I never eat another burger in my life. Oh and Im not that big on…
