    1 scoop of chocolate whey powder, 4 TBS pumpkin, 2 TBS flaxseed ground, 1 TBS flaxseed oil, 4 ice cubes, 1 cup water, 1tbs instant coffee. Delicious!!

    Banana; Bodylogix - Natural Dark Chocolate Whey Protein; Flax Seeds; Sesame Seeds; Raw Sunflower Seeds; Rice Bran and Wheat Germ; plus an apple.

    9:00 AM: 2 small homemade Banana, Whey Protein, Oats Muffins topped with 2 Hershey's Dark Kisses, and a homemade Cappuccino.

    Okay, I'm kidding! But I did have oatmeal for breakfast...and lunch. But not for dinner! I flavored it with sugar free coffee cream, margarine and sugar free white chocolate pudding mix :D

    I fried egg and one egg white fried in fat free olive oil and water, I small avocado smashed and scrambled with the egg. I made a huge crockpot dinner last night so I really am not that hungry today. Usually I have 2% lowfat Greek yogurt with berries or banana when I am in a hurry to get to work.

    Err...fat free olive oil? Isn't that a contradiction, since oil = fat?

    I had oatmeal with milk instead of water, cinnamon, raisins, a little bit of some diced apple and a good squeeze of honey. Sometimes I'll put in strawberries our blueberries, but my favorite is raisins.

    2 over easy eggs, two slices of bacon, and two pieces of toast with butter. Plus two mugs of coffee with sugar. All told, about 400 calories

    Porridge with milk, natural whey powder, crunchy peanut butter stirred in and then some PB2 and syrup. Noms. Oh and washed down with a low cal hot chocolate drink with some coffee thrown in as a low calorie mocha.
