  • Yes, I bought chris powells book on this and haven't read it as of yet. I'm interested in findong out about the whole carb cycling as well. Who has tried it and how it helped them if it did at all.
  • I log it as a continuation of the previous day. I don't consider it the next day until after sleeping. Yes, the calorie deficit works out the same over a week long period.
  • Another choice is the body media armband. It seems to have more sensors then all the other devices for tracking your calorie expenditure. I do find it to be pretty accurate. The only problem is that since its an armband, it will show on your arm when wearing short sleeve shirts (You need to wear it on your upper arm). It…
