Whatever caloric burn you get from digesting a strawberry is nothing in the grand scheme of things.

Baby spinach. I actually cannot remember why I even tried it in the first place.... I'm thinking it was maybe at a Subway, IDK. But I love the stuff! I put that *kitten* on everything! Except, I can't stand the cooked stuff! At best, I put a couple cups in my recipe for Red Pepper Goat Cheese Chicken Fettucini, but boiled…

My advice would be to stop yo-yo dieting. It's bad for the ol' organs. But welcome! There really is not trick. You just eat less, move more, and hydrate yourself.

Oh yay, a teacher. I'm in undergrad right now pursuing a degree in education. I'm just going to say this: Prepare meals for the week and pack your lunch. Makes life so much simpler.

Feel free to add me. I have an open diary for friends. But it may not necessarily be the food you're looking for. While I do have a lot of home-cooked food and a lot of stuff that people consider "clean eating", I also enjoy my frozen pizza and snacks from time to time. I don't believe in cutting out large chunks of food…

That reminds me of that cactus drink that Dr. Oz or whomever wanted people to drink to "lose weight". The only weight would be from the diuretic/laxative affects of the cactus plant in the first place. But I do see a lot of girls drinking aloe water. Wouldn't bother with it though.

ITT: Justification for eating 800 kcals. Look it really doesn't matter. The matter is that LBM doesn't stand up too well in the face of huge caloric restriction. Eating more usually increases mood and motivation while lowering the risk of binge eating. I don't see why someone would want to go the the extreme of only eating…

Mine used to be around 90 something. But when I gave blood it was down to 60 something.

Its an exercise program by Jillian Michaels. There's 3 levels, and you do them for 10 days each. She recommends a few rest days in it, but most people do it straight.

No. The free stuff on the internet is more entertaining than photos.

So is that the day hell freezes over? I hear that's going to be a busy day.

ITT: This is my lived experience and if yours doesn't match mine, yours is stupid and mine is right. WWAAAHHHHHH!

Even though I agree that everyone has the problems, because trust me I know I do. There is still a way to go about it. At my highest weight I was still only a US size 5, which is still in the realm of "skinny person clothing" so even if I do have a problem with buying this size, my experience is still vastly different from…

I always say i'm going to do it but halfway through the videos, I get tired of hearing her talk. Maybe I'll try again.

I just bought walking shoes with high support, or for my other shoes, I went to Walmart and bought the sole inserts, Dr Scholls Arch Supports. They used to sell some specifically for PF, but I haven't seen those but for 10, this replacement is fairly nice.

Lol. This. Should I keep my phone in a lead bag around my ankle?

The only thing I learned from this thread is that you shouldn't inject MSG. Now what am I going to do on my Friday nights? *throws hands up*

The website doesn't, but the app does.

I eat turkey, chicken, steak, and fish. At the local grocery, I got 3- 4oz steaks for 3 dollars. They cook up easily. Otherwise, I make large batches of turkey chili, which black beans & corn. But chicken is chicken and fish is fish (tilapia or salmon) unless it is tuna! Sometimes I make up some cans and eat that for a…

I mean, if I really had to because of a medical reason, I'm sure I could go about it. But otherwise, I generally eat meat and fish pretty sparingly and I'm pretty happy with that.

To get lower sodium, you either have to cook it yourself and keep track of salt, or like someone else said, cut out a lot of the processed foods. I personally watch sodium because I have a family history of hypertension/hbp and I also track my weight on a graph so days that reflect my added water weight mess up my data.

Are you taking into account EAT?
-
Yeah, I typically don't eat eat meat with every meal so I've been looking into protein supplements as well as they're an easy fix, and I'm tired of being like 50 under on my protein macros. Ntm, I think it will help with my carb intake.

nope. i just drink it.

Well, my bloodwork was fine enough for me to donate blood. I don't know about the thyroid issue, but I'll check into it.

this is my mother's favorite commercial. now i'm a little homesick.

I'm also 5'1 and eating that many calories and I'm still losing. You reach a point where you have too much of a deficit to maintain your lbm. Eat more. Quite frankly there was a time when you ate more to get however many pounds overweight.. I mean. I know I didn't get fat by drinking water and eating broccoli.
-
Seriously?
-
That sounds gross and probably better explained as a lack of variety. Just eat at a deficit and your weight will sort itself out.

Your body doesn't really tell time in the way that it will start storing all calories after 8 pm. Eat whenever you'd like.
