I like to pretend i'm 5'2. I started around 150, got down to 129 and sabotaged myself over the winter holidays, so here I am restarting at 136, still attempting to get down to maybe 110 or something. I don't really care as long as I can fit into my old clothes, which is my real motivation.

This is because your protein is being calculated by your body weight and not lean body mass. Please attempt to get a good reading on your body fat % and LBM, and try to eat 1g of protein for every pound of lbm and that should get you closer to where you need to be. Also, you can fiddle with the amounts of each macro that…

Pounds don't equate to pants size. Body composition does.

from experience, i can back up everything that faeriecake has said.

I'm assuming a lot, but considering that you don't have a lot to lose, setting it at -0.5 lbs a week would be better for you. And if you're using the MFP method, then you should eat back exercise calories because workouts are not included in MFP calculations unless you manually add them daily. However unless you have a…

This is all good and well as long as you don't live in a food desert, have the mental/physical ability to cook for yourself, and have sales everyday of the week.

Patrick Stump. Its been the same since I was 14 years old.

I'm entering my last year at University so feel free to add.

Between now and December 21, I'd like to lose another 10-15 lbs. It's 9 weeks so maybe I'll be closer to 10. I just want to be in the 120s mainly.

maybe she had the makeup on already?

You really don't have enough extra body fat to justify losing 1.5/2 lbs a week. Doing so would probably have you set at a VLCD which is generally unhealthy. At best you could lose .5lbs a week. Aim for that.
-
It'd be possible with a concerning medical condition.
-
If you only have 14lbs to lose, I'd set the goal at .5lbs a week, rather than a lb.
-
Also, considering that you're only 5 lbs away from your gw, you might want to change your weight loss to .5lbs a week. You don't have as much to lose, so you don't need to make that much of a deficit.
-
Were you more active those days?
-
Weight loss is more about a reasonable deficit AND proper nutrition. So none of it means anything unless you eat healthier at a deficit.
-
A lot of your days have you at as high as 5600mg of sodium. Assuming that you are in fact eating at a deficit, the salt is probably your problem.

I like black beans, baby limas, white beans. I just hate eating them everyday. I'm starting to feel this way about chicken breast. There's only so much chicken and beans I can take haha. But I do hate chickpeas. I've tried them in all forms and I just can't do it.

The thing about 1200 for women is that it rarely has to do with a weight loss figure, and more about nutrition. Meaning its hard to hit all your macros/micros on that small of caloric intake. Increase it further, and you risk not getting it at all unless you start taking nutritional supplements. If you need to decrease…

Do you meant 1200-1300 net? Or flat 1200-1300. I mean, this has nothing to do with weightloss, but moreso nutrition. You might want to start eating more to properly fuel your body.
-
Are you sure you're just not really thirsty?
-
So if you eat at 1450, and you eat maintenance during the weekends, you're probably not creating a deficit to get the results you want in the time you want. So you either have to wait it out, or stop eating your TDEE during the weekends.

This is the funniest thing I've seen all day. I laughed so hard, a person outside my window began to laugh too.
-
I would stick with 40C/30P/30F. But if you want a better chance at keeping LBM, then you might want to start lifting. You could use this website to find an okay estimation for your TDEE and go from there http://scoobysworkshop.com/accurate-calorie-calculator/

Eating more might actually help with your exercise-fatigue, but I'd still see a doctor.

Who's not settled? 1200 is highly unrealistic for a lot of people. Do people achieve weight loss by eating 1200, sure but that doesn't mean it works for and should be advised to everyone who has a plateau, assuming it's actually a plateau. I'm not saying that OP should maintain eating 2100 calories, I'm telling the other…

Most of this is baloney. You want to lose weight? Eat less, move more, and drink some water. That's it. And quite frankly, YA, isn't exactly known for having true answers anyway.

Um, please shut up. My maintanence calories are 2200 and I'm a 5'1 22 year old woman, not some active dude. This whole myth that woman are delicate creatures and can only lose weight by eating like exercise bulimics needs to stop. By only eating 1200 calories and working 8 hours a week, you're damaging your body. Will you…
