Hi.
I am 19 years old, 5:4 and weight 8st 10. I know this is an ideal weight for my height but I have been 8.7 stone before and I was happiest at this weight.I want to be around 8st 5 ideally
I go to the gym around 3-4 times a week, taking part in a class or having a cardio session. I also tend to eat 1200-1400 calories per day.
However I can't seem to shift the last few pounds. Can anyone please help me, I burn around 300-350 calories at the gym, and would like to lose 1.5/2 pounds per week, therefore how many calories should I be eating to safely lose weight.
Also My weight seems to carry in my hips/bum, as my measurements are 34,26,36.
I'd like to look like celebrities such as hayden panettiere, mila kunis, etc
Thanks for any replies xx

You really don't have enough extra body fat to justify losing 1.5/2 lbs a week.
Doing so would probably have you set at a VLCD which is generally unhealthy.
At best you could lose .5lbs a week.
Aim for that.0 -
If you have 75+ lbs to lose 2 lbs/week is ideal,
If you have 40-75 lbs to lose 1.5 lbs/week is ideal,
If you have 25-40 lbs to lose 1 lbs/week is ideal,
If you have 15 -25 lbs to lose 0.5 to 1.0 lbs/week is ideal, and
If you have less than 15 lbs to lose 0.5 lbs/week is ideal.

To clarify you are 5'4 and trying to get to a 117lbs and currently are 121lbs?
I think you are at a good weight right now. If it is body composition you are concerned about, I'd recommend eating at maintenance and focusing more on strength training.0 -

Every word of this. Picking up a lot of pounds does more than dropping a few pounds.

You don't have much fat to lose...really focus on strength training and tone up your body, it will make a much bigger difference rather than focusing on the scale.Hi.
