Macros without Exercise

Hello everyone,
I am trying to drop about 20 pounds, but have not been doing exercise regularly. I know I should (and used to), but lately I just haven't been motivated.
With that said, I am trying to figure out how to target my caloric and macro intake, with the goal being of keeping muscle mass and losing fat.
I am a 5'7" male, about 170 lbs. Just trying to lean out a bit. Can anyone help point me in a direction?
Thanks in advance!

I would stick with 40C/30P/30F. But if you want a better chance at keeping LBM, then you might want to start lifting.
You could use this website to find an okay estimation for your TDEE and go from there http://scoobysworkshop.com/accurate-calorie-calculator/0
