Not eating enough considering all the working out- and maybe gaining muscle. Have you taken your measurements, because you may be shrinking but gaining weight because of muscle gain.

I think, for a celeb workout,it looks actually quite good. And you can do more than 1 in a row. I think it is meant to get you moving if you havn't for a while. I'm on day 26 of 30DS. I'm doing it because I have a little bit of fitness, but not enough for something like Insanity etc. I also walk a lot with 30DS. Insanity is something that I am working up to.

Maybe try some dark chocolate or a banana? I had a horrible TOM sugar craving this morning, so I had some cordial and then a Nature Valley Sweet Peanut bar. Did the trick nicely! There are healthy alternatives to regular sweet things, it is just trying to trick the body into accepting these instead.

I remember being 9st and thinking I was fat when I was about 17. I would do almost anything to be 9st now, considering I'm 12st 8lbs atm. I wish I had more confidence in myself when I was younger, when I was actually slim, instead of getting fat and now slowly building my confidence through losing weight.

It sounds like you arn't eating enough calories, so your body is clinging on to them for dear life. Up your calorie and water intake, make sure you are getting enough protein, and you should start losing weight.

Yesterday was the first time in about 2 months I had pizza. I know it isn't good for me, but I just had been hankering for one. I ate it and felt sick. I know not to do that now. I think I am going to stick as I am, maybe adding a few protein through peas etc. Don't look at yesterdays meal and judge me on that please lol

I'm on Day 12, it is brilliant. I highly recommend you stick with it. I ache, and it is a hell of a work out for me, but I feel amazing once I have caught my breath back lol

Actual Job - Work on a farm milking cows, and run my own photostudio/ shop in Wales Dream Job - To run an art gallery/ photostudio in Canada (Vancouver Island) and maybe milk some cows in my spare time ;)

I got myself measured and weighed this morning. I'm not obese anymore, just Overweight. I was so happy! (Turns out I am actually an inch taller than I thought aswell) Congratulations! It is an amazing feeling passing the threshold! Keep at it x

Have you tried Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred? I am on day 7, and I can see a visible reduction in my waistline, and I have lost 2 inches.
