Herbalife. Worth the money?

Someone has offered me a '£10 trial has 6 sachets of vanilla shake and 8 thermo complete tablets. ' And then for the month it is £106. Is it worth the money?
Is it basically a more expensive 'SlimFast'?
What do you think about Herbalife, and is it worth maybe trying the trial?

Any reason? I don't really know stuff about things really... if that makes sense lol.0

Because losing weight is about making a lifestyle change. If you plan on drinking these shakes for the rest of your life, then go for it. If you want to lose weight and keep it off, make the right changes like portion control, tracking your macros and adding exercise.0

It has vitamins and stuff in it - but if you eat good food (not processed junk) you will get the same stuff for less money AND you will actually learn how much and what to eat for the rest of your life - not drink shakes for a few months, lose the weight and then balloon when you start eating real food again....
Just more expensive (and a little healthier) slimfast.....0 -
Spend your money on real food. "Quick fixes" like this are a waste and usually result in a fast regain of any weight lost. Stick with counting your healthy calories and getting some exercise....that is what works in the long run.0

Sounds like I'm doing alright at the moment then. Thankyou very much! I just wanted to know if there was anything more I could do/ eat/ not eat to be healthier, but this isn't they way to do it I have seen x0

One of my husband's relatives sells those products and gave us a large supply at one point as a gift. I was not a fan of the stuff, personally. The shakes were chalky and lumpy (or unforgivingly frothy, if blended), and I didn't particularly like any of the 5 flavors we received. As for weight loss? It was before I joined MFP, so I wasn't logging calories and have no idea how much I was eating -- regardless, it wasn't some magic bullet that decreased my appetite or burned the calories for me (I didn't lose any weight).0
