Well... I suffer from this. My breasts came back a little better when I STOPPED working out and gained ten lbs back, but now, as I've been in the gym everyday, it has started again... what I DO tho is wear a tight sports bra and a chest wrap for when I run so the gravity doesn't interfere as much. I'm still working on it.…

It's very hard to "eat less" when you are HUNGRY! lol. And burning more than I eat is almost impossible for me because the only way I know how to burn is cardio and I try to do 45 minutes of that. Should I do more cardio?

So what about some good stretches? I'm always doing the normal stretches before I workout... I'd like to do some martial arts stretches as well... any suggestions? Like... any basic martial arts stretches before I start?

Barefoot running on the treadmill??? I'd like to try this... can you tell me how to get started? I run everyday and I'd like to try something different with it. This sounds like it would help me being that I always run so much and so long that my feet get those cramps when I lay down at night...

I'm no expert, but honestly, I think you should maintain your slimming and lift weights at the same time to wake those muscles up so then when it's time for you to get brolic, you will be used to it already and you'll be ready!

Get a 36 Bra from Under Armor AND THEN, to secure them more... get a chest wrap... i got mine on Amazon. I'll give you the link....
