I eat about 2000 calories, more if I work out. But I'm slowly going in maintenance. I've never eaten less than 1300kcal because it's just not enough for me, I'm a 5'10" and have 155lbs (but I started at 210lbs) so with having this much weight I wouldn't survive with 1200kcal :D

Ktmsx456 I started with only 1400 calories but after 3 months I uped them to 1600 and after 3 months to 1800, now I'm eating 2000 cslories and I'm in no hurry to lose the last 5lbs I just wamt them off until summer :)

Sory I've been having trouble uploading. But I've lost 50lbs in 10 months, and I have about 5lbs to go, so I'm really close to my goal weight. The first pic I'm 209lbs in the socond one I'm 187lbs, third 174lbs and the last I'm 160lbs. (+I'm 5'10" tall)

146 just because you told us :D but I would actually say you are 135lbs, but I don't know how tall you are. And you also made my day with your comment you think I'm 135lbs, but I'm 5'10"tall so 135 wouldn't be enough, even though it's still in the normal BMI range. I'm actually 160lbs.

It's not actually 1g of protein per 1lb. It's 1g per 1lb of lean body weight. So if you know that you have 28% of fat you have about 95lbs of lean body weight ;)

Yes, you should eat more when you work out. And plus I think you should eat more in general 1200 cals in not enoug. I saw in one of your post your around 13 stone. I don't know how tall are you, but you BMI is higher than for just 1200 cals and you should never eat bellow you BMI. You can calculate it here…

I don't think it has calories, just like water doesnt. But it might have some sodium in it becouse of the bubbles, but I'm not sure. I think you can drink it instead of water.
