Great idea I so need to start cooking up a storm on the weekends so I can do the same thing during the week. During the week I don't have time to cook, and I hate it too.

Have you tried spaghetti squash? It is also an excellent alternative. :)

I generally go for the chicken taco salad of course that is fresco style and minus the shell but the soft tacos are great too. :)

I hit one not too long ago found out that uping my water intake drastically and excercising even more is what got me through it. Good luck.

Hey sis. Logging on and making sure your under it will work. I have to agree with the earlier post not logging everything is only cheating yourself. Make sure you log everything and you'll get there. It didn't all go on in a day it won't fall off in a day either.
