Could be too much water before you run. Its great that you drink a lot of water, but maybe drink a little less in the hours before and then just take sips as needed when you run. I sometimes get that too. It usually goes a way after you put yourself in a resting state.

So many of us have ups and downs. But it sounds like you need to make a solid commitment to yourself. Loosing weight is all about calories in vs calories out! Everything in moderation. Well remember that muscle weighs more than fat, and depending on how long you have been strength training it could be that. But most likly the 3 lbschange is just water weight. First I would say quit weighing yourself everyday. Our bodies fluctuate so much that it will drive you insane. I like Hommus and veggies too! Celery, carrotsm cucmbers and radishes! Also look for some recipes for home made granola bars or crunch.
