This is the best thing you can do for yourself. No worries....be honest on your reporting and you will see results. You can do this, push forward

I am returning because this works. Keep going even when you have bad days, it is really about the overall results.

Woohoo!! Good for you! Thanks so much for sharing. After seeing your pictures, no wonder your doctor didn't recognize you.

20 pounds... you can do it!! My family has a history of weight related illness, it is for that reason that this will be the last time that I have committed to loosing and keeping the weight OFF! :)
-
No worries, you are in the right place for support! :)

I'm 45 and have more than 50 to loose. Add me:)

Make muscles, not excuses. She believed that she would................and so she did

So sorry to hear of your loss. I think I stop taking care of myself when things get tough. So, pretty much. I don't make myself a priority. I'm trying to really change that THIS time. Yes, I said this time because its' a cycle I haven't been able to break yet. Fingers crossed :)

I suggest a detox diet. It seemed to totally reset my metabolism. The 17 day diet is about food combos and sustaining from refined sugars, starches. I had to eat more protein (my weakness) and found out that I was less hungry. This detox was a basic clean eating plan and worked to get things in order for me. Just a thought

I sprint and ride a bike. Sometimes I have serious hip pain. One of my MFP pals gave me this advice and it worked. First, always incline your treadmill at least .5 or 1. Next, this is key, do this stretch. Sit on a chair and cross your leg (Indian style) and push on your knee, it might pinch but it will feel better.

you look great! stop worrying and take pictures, especially with your son. i am always the one taking pictures, but rarely in any (truth be told, by design) and i realized i'm documenting his life....without me in it :(

My quote that I lived by last week was..............skinny girls look good in clothes, fit girls look good naked:) Don't let the fact that you haven't noticed much discourage you. Who knows??? You might loose two or three more pounds and your pants will fit different, Just keep going, it will all be worth it in the end.

Good luck on your journey :)

Holy smokes!!! You look amazing!

Make more choices that include protein.

How very interesting. ....thanks for sharing:)

I suggest you spend the time the night before preparing. You are trying to make changes for good, not a temp change. Shakes aren't realistic long term. Plus, don't you like to chew, hahaha!

Strawberries and lemons are my favorite combo. ;)

People who illegally park in handicapped parking. GRRRRRR!

I have cut down on sugar and simple grains. We stock up on lean proteins, yogurt, fruits and veggies. I also have stopped eating a lot of processed foods.
-
Wow! You must be so proud!!! Care for yourself through maintenance :)

Lizz......it's time. You are in the perfect place to start this process. Don't be scared, just start. We all are here to support each other and make it happen. I started eating more lean protein and it changed my eating patterns, I wasn't as hungry. Sometimes it's the simple things. I live by a quote of the week that I…

Perfect place to start. I live by a quote a week to keep me motivated. I know, sounds a little hokey, but it is helpful. Here it is...................She believed that she would, so she did. You can :)

You can do anything that you set your mind to :). I read this ecard last week..............she believed that she would, so she did. You will!

Well, I'm an expert at loosing weight, but not maintaining. I started a cleanse/diet about 5 weeks ago, All unprocessed foods, balanced, and calorie intake modified. It was difficult initially because I was so used to just watching calories. It has changed everything for me. I am no longer hungry or carving junk. Protein…
