now that my scale is now in order again, i hve put it in the kitchen and weigh myself every morning. its an obsesson, but i don't get worried about the daily small changes!

tons and tons of calories. 500 sounds pretty good to me. :) you just have to really get into it.

This week has been my spring break and out of pure boredom...has worked out for at least 3 hours a day. Both weight and cardio things! My boyfriend got back from his trip today and he said he could definitely tell a difference! Moral of the story is, I think that working out for long periods of time is very effective! ;)

I'm a shorty short too! But I am addicted to working out...although, like everyone else said, losing the weight is super hard!!! I'm doing a ZUMBATHON tomorrow and I am soooo excited! ;)))

Granola cereals are super high in calories...such a bummer. I really love any kind of fiber one cereal....or special K.

Definitely log on everyday! If you have an IPhone, there is an app! :) just eat healthy, exercise regularly, like you said you have been doing and things should work out for ya! :)
