Started yesterday... walking and then day 2 after work today. I felt weak after it was done last night, but was feeling a lot better this morning. I'm sure it's going to kick my *kitten* again, but not quitting!

That's what I do. I don't usually pay much attention past the net calories.

Leave it skin side down! I'd shut the lid, but don't let it get too hot. It doesn't need to cook as hot as possible like a steak would.

Like others have said, salmon cooks fast... I usually cook in the oven without foil and it's done and juicy in 20 minutes on about 350. As far as toppings go, try crabmeat maybe? If you can get it locally it's healthy and delicious.

Captain Morgan and Sunkist tastes just like a dreamsicle... so good.

Spiced rum and orange soda, works every time!
-
Everything in moderation... I could never quit the craft beer, I just aim to drink less of it and surround it with healthy meals and exercise.

Roughly 10 pounds by Aug 1 is my next short-term goal.
-
Add me if you want... I'm about 260 now and looking to get to around 200.

I started last night with the 5-pound weights... it was no problem except on the exercise where you side-lunge and raise the weights in front of you. That one burned.

Had some delivery pizza last weekend, so if that counts it's the answer. It had been a few months prior to that though. Probably since a road trip Easter weekend.

You can do it! My fiance' and I are about to add the 30 Day Shred to our plans... wouldn't mind adding a little muscle to the fat loss.

Best of luck! Stick with it, even if you have a cheat day here or there to celebrate a birthday, or the 4th of July, or whatever else. No one is perfect and is going go eat 1200 calories or 1300 calories every day for the rest of their life. That's unrealistic and we're human, not robot. Small changes can add up though and…

I've also been really into toum lately... it's a lebanese garlic sauce. So good. Awesome as a dip for chicken or as a sandwich spread. You just have to be okay with a lot of garlic flavor.

Slap Ya Mama has a little less sodium, and the Slap Ya Mama white pepper blend has even less. I use cajun seasoning a lot, also paprika and chili powder, and ALWAYS garlic powder or just fresh garlic.

Pasta, fried food, beer... the more I've done this the more I've realized that I can handle all of it as long as I eat healthy around the cheat items, exercise, and use moderation.

But sometimes you get tired of steak and need to wrap your hands around a good juicy cheeseburger. In all seriousness though, I don't think my fiance' would care if I went to a strip club as long as I didn't hide it from her. I don't have any desire to go and throw money away but I'm sure I'll be back at one eventually on…

But coffee has little to no calories! Would have been a greater success to spill some coke on your brown shorts. Also nice that it missed your shirt, guess it doesn't stick out quite as much as it used to.

1980 is a good bit, especially if you exercise regularly and replace those calories burned with calories consumed. I'm at 1680 to lose 2 pounds per week (obviously a lot heavier than you) and on most days I find that staying under 1680 is really easy. Days I don't go out and drink it's not hard at all.

Done. I'd start sooner but the fiance' and I are going on a camping trip this weekend and won't have DVD access. We bought some weights and the DVD... it's game on come Monday.

I found it to be pretty easy to cut out the creamer, but I still add a few packs of sweetener. It's a bit of an acquired taste, but didn't take long to adjust at all.

Lately I've been doing yogurt plus a fiber one bar for most breakfasts. Sometimes I'll do some oatmeal, or add fruit. I really think I would be better off adding more breakfast calories though.
-
Plan on starting this on Monday after camping this weekend... I'm a bigger dude, was thinking I'd start with a minimum of 5-pound weights. Is that going to kick my *kitten*? I bet it does, but that's the point, right?

I'm a 260 pound male, just looked and it would have me at 314 calories burned for 20 minutes of general circuit training, does that sound right? Or maybe a little high? 20 minutes of running (12 min mile) is also 314 for me right now.
