So why is this in success stories? Because I am wearing brown shorts so it doesn't show and it didn't hit my light blue shirt like it would have a few months ago... :bigsmile:

But coffee has little to no calories! Would have been a greater success to spill some coke on your brown shorts.

Also nice that it missed your shirt, guess it doesn't stick out quite as much as it used to.

But haven't you read any of the threads from the only eat clean crew? I am sure Coke would have eaten a hole through my shorts and caused me to plateau...

I love your reply to the coke comment. I was addicted to diet coke when I started and now I am diet coke free. This is a serious accomplishment for someone who only drank diet coke and did not drink water. Diet Coke will stop weight loss for those of you wondering why I stopped drinking it since it has no calories. There is something in it that slows weight loss. I love your success story and your sense of humor.
