I went from a job where I wore scrubs every day to a job that I had to wear nicer office clothes. Oh my, what scrubs can hide. That was my total snapping point.

I buy holiday decorations. Nerdy but I love them.

Usually just a bb cream, eyebrows filled in, mascara and chapstick. Nothing fancy.

I had a TJs turkey burger patty with a little bloob of chipotle mayo spread on it and an over medium egg on top, three cups of coffee + half and half. I like to break my fast with a protein bomb.

I used to do things like go through fast food drive thru when I was running errands or on the way home from work, snarf down a meal in the parking lot and then go home and eat like nothing happened. I had a serious fast food addiction and was a total binge eater. Now I can't eat sitting in my car for that reason. I'll find…

I had a hard time with this during weight loss. Since you can't pick where fat drops from, places get smaller, other places look bigger, etc. I totally agree with weights and building muscle. Although you won't 'see' the muscle until you drop the fat, it'll help with that loose feeling. Just keep at it and you'll…

I feel my personal best around 120. I could easily go down 10-15 more but I like how I look here.

I have a stupid amount of calories left and it's going to boooooooooze.

8 drinks in one week is just one beer (or whatever) and just two one night. That's barely a heavy drinker. Eight drinks a night is a lot, but in week? Meh.

Convo with my just-turned-4 year old at the beach: Kid: (pointing to people who are being a**holes and feeding seagulls) Mommy do those people suck? Me: Yep. That's sucky to do. Kid: Do they suck butt or just suck? Me: Total butt. Kid: Butt sucker seagull feeders.

You also have to figure that with some people, the thinner you get, the bigger they get in their head.

4-5 pounds, almost always hormone based.
-
I can maintain at 2100 or below. :) I'm eating below for a while to get off a few pounds.

My clothes. I won't let myself buy bigger clothes. If mine get snug, then I need to get it together. I also weigh in here and there, keep my before/afters handy.

It isn't been for me but... but.. but... I changed my relationship with food. I've been working on losing and maintaining for almost three years. I healed my binging problem, developed a healthy relationship with food and am no longer an over eater. I don't think maintaining is so complicated if you take it slow, do it…

I suggest seeing a therapist as well. You need to figure out WHY you're binging or you're never going to stop. Food is not just food to people who binge or have food additions. You need to dig deep and figure out what your food really is to you and your brain.

I don't. I have a cheat meal, not day. As a former binger, that's just "safer" for me than an entire day. Usually on Sunday I'll have a meal that I would normally not partake in during the week, this week it was a reuben sandwich with fries, divine!! .. but not something I'm going to eat all of the time, not worth it. If I…

5lbs for March. I gained (I think? I haven't been weighing in for a while) 5lbs over the winter. I'd like to loose 3 beyond that. I could probably lose 8 this month but eh.. not in a huge rush.

Short skirts, big hair.

2000 calories :)

Mine is 25". It wasn't a goal, just where I landed. Not to shabby for two kids and a short torso.
-
I give myself 5 pounds to stay within, for sanity sake.
-
Mmmmm I'm a burger junkie. Med-rare 6oz burger with blue cheese on a toasty bun? Oh god, yes.
-
Granola bars, cereal bars or crackers.
-
Nope. I'll probably go back to it in the fall, for whatever reason logging and I aren't friends in the summer. I know I'm eating fairly well most of the time, my weight is around the same, etc so I'm good for now.

I lol'ed. Wat?

I'm a stay at home mom, my boys are 6 &3. It's perfectly annoying at times but perfectly non-stressful. In my past life, I worked in a funeral home. It wasn't super stressful, keeping things ordered and organized. I loved it and am looking forward to going back into that line of work here soon. :)
