What is your trigger
For the most part I stick within my cals and eat healthy foods...although I do splurge occasionally. I do find that if I eat certain foods it is very difficult to not eat way to much of them. This would include: Cheez-its, Ritz Crackers and Brownies.
What foods set you off?

Cereal! I cannot eat cereal because I will always eat too much. "ooops too much cereal not enough milk" *pours more milk* "too much milk now!" *pours more cereal* etc etc. Also, goldfish crackers and nuts. I guess crunchy salty foods are all trigger foods for me. So I just don't eat them.0

Nothing really anymore. But once I eat a funnelcake at Kennywood Park I consider my day shot so I go for it.0
