I know this is completely off topic but did anybody lose the weight by taking a supplement (e.g.--Vitamin D, Calcium, etc.) or not?

MFP has me set to eat about 2,060 calories a day. I try to eat less than that. So are you saying that I have to eat less?? (P.S.-- I do not appreciate some of the rudeness in the comments).

Wow! I'm sorry that happened. That old vet had got some nerve!! You should have told them "I lost 85 pounds and the one rule of a better lifestyle is bad negativity and I and my cat don't deserve to be here!", demanded my money back, and write a complaint. I just started drinking coffee and I LOVE IT!!! I add Stevia in the Raw and 1/4 cup of chocolate soy milk= PURE DELICIOUSNESS!! I haven't weigh in since last month but I hope it doesn't affect me too much.

I told him about the current exercise routine we do: 3 days a week we do a cardio exercise (Zumba, Hip-Hop Abs, etc) for 35-60 mins and strength training for 30-40 minutes in the same day. @AGericke haha that's ok!! A man's opinion is cool too! My sister and I started to eat a little bit more calories since we are still losing weight. We think that a slightly increased calorie intake would help with jump starting our cycle again.

Thanks for the tip! I usually get in the negative range for a short while but today I did Zumba on the X-Box Kinect and I burned 981 calories and I burned around 400-500 calories doing calisthenics (lifting weights, situps, pushups, etc) and I had a lower carb day than yesterday.
