Mix red wine vinegar, any spices you want ( I use parsley, garlic, basil, pepper). A pinch of sugar, or sweetener, (or more if you prefer). No oil. Use a little bit of water if you want to tone it down. Great on veggies or salad.

I'm on 1500 calories daily but I have a bad gallbladder and until it is taken out I have to stay with low fat. What would the percentage be for the minimum I can drop it down to?

OMG, please explain carbs to me. MFP has me on 1790 cal, 224 carbs, 21 fiber,90 protein, 11500 sodium, 60 fat. Need to lose over 150 lbs. Pinterest.com has helped me a great deal. When you go on, there is a search box. Type in recipe substitutions and it will come up with everything possible. Check Amazon.com and search for no-sodium baking powder and soda. Around $7.00 each, but how much do you really use at a time. Definitely using it for christmas baking.…
