Carbs for type 2
I recently became diabetic and have been put on a 4 carb per meal diet. I can't find an answer to a question. I use Sara Lee multigrain 45 calorie bread. 2 slices is one carb so if I have nothing else for breakfast except coffee, can i have 4 slices of toast which totals 2 carbs?

if i pop popcorn with coconut oil and use spray butter and salt substitute, how much popcorn would be allowed?

daily net carbs
MFP has me on 224 carbs daily. Would it hurt to go lower? Also has me on 90 protein, but tend to go over a bit. Is that okay?

MFP has me at 1790 Cal, 224 Carbs, Fiber 21, Pro. 50, Sod. 1500, Sugar 67. I don't understand anything about carbs. These 224 carbs, are they net? Actual? I'M SOOOOO CONFUSED.…

too much fiber?
i just started a low carb, high fiber plan. myfitness said i need 21 fiber. its before dinner and i have 26 fiber. i thought the more the better on fiber because the carbs are lower (like in wraps). am i wrong???
