HAHAHAH ALL of these are SO GOOD!

I CANNOT believe this went on for 8 pages. Anyways, I feel like she has a right to post her opinion about whether or not people should post random *kitten* *kitten* in the forum. Why does everyone have a problem with that?

I'd have either a microwave pre packaged meal, which are delicious and sized appropriately for dinner, and usually under 300 calories, or I'd make a peanut butter, egg salad, or tuna sandwich on low cal (45 calorie/slice) bread. No need to feel like 300 isn't enough for dinner!

you're an inspiration!!!
-
I also increased my calories from 1200 to 1450 when I hit a plateau and I ilost almost immidiately!
-
ooo I want to try this!!

OMG this is happening to me too! its awful. I came home from work and in my house which is usually like 67-71 degrees, I was FREEZING! I had to curl up under the covers for a half hour and I didn't warm up for even a while after that. Whats wrong with us?? hahah

way to go girl!!!! that's inspiring. :D

have a low calorie high protien snack for dinner, protien is one of those things that your body can't turn into sugar while you are sleeping and it will continue to digest it while youre catching some Zs, and take the edge off!

strength training and increasing your calorie intake for a short period of time will fix a plateau. you only need to add 200-300 calories daily. your body thinks its starving.

Designer whey is SO GOOD. Really smooth, creamy, and tasteless, and it easily dissolves into drinks when stirred in. Can't live without it.

what are zi xiu tang pills?

yeah, meant no offense, I just didn't know what it was for that height and was too lazy to look it up really quick, that does sound alot more ideal for someone of that stature. :) I'll go ahead and change it, too, so people don't think I'm crazy. hahah

I'm not sure what you mean, but I literally eat/drink no more than 1200 calories per day, and burn 300-600 calories at the gym 4-5 days/week.

sometimes the ladies are happy in their relationships but miss having a guy make them feel special or flirt with them (like thier boyfriend used to), so they start looking for it elsewhere... even if completely innocent ego boosting is all they need.
-
Absolutely would never do that, but if I did It would definitely be out of boredom.. boredom of the guy I was dating!... Either she's unfaithful and doesn't like the guy OR the man in the relationship doesn't give her enough attention or make her feel wanted enough.

I LOVE THIS! Thanks for posting it!!!

I want a new wardrobe & an awesome vacation to somewhere tropical so I can wear bikinis and summer dresses and show off my new self! I don't have any tattoos but I want some, maybe that will be a reward too if I find something that I like.

or because our bodies are destroying our uterus lining. definitely feels like a alot of work. going through that time is very taxing. I'm not surprised I want to eat a half gallon of Chocolate ice cream. I wont though, promise!

ooooh I have to try this!
-
No problem! I want to try Ezekial tortillas.

THIS SOUNDS AMAZING. Yes its funny that even people who can tolerate gluten dont know that gluten actual prevents the absorbtion of nutrients to your body. So even if you can tolerate it, its not doing any good, except for its protien i suppose.

actually your brain runs on fat and omega 3s, and you can get more fiber from fruit than any bread, AND I never said I didn't eat bread.
-
I NEVER SAID I GAVE UP BREAD!!!!!!!!! I still eat an english muffin every morning, but bread type foods have alot of calories compared to their healthier vegetable alternatives. THATS ALL I WAS SAYING! jeez

there are pole dancing classes in our town. I want to go but they can be pricey.
-
i have to try it!

Yeah, I agree! You shouldnt be eating them because you would be putting to waste all the hard work in the gym. Theres no point in being on a 1200 calorie diet / excercise plan when you eat as much as you excercise.

I have the same problem I've been on a 1200 calorie diet lately and recently falling 100-300 calories short of that on top of working out. I have a history of starvation dieting and losing like 15 lbs in like 2-3 weeks. Losing weight this slow is really hard for me as well. Seeing less than 2 lbs/week drop on the scale…

Compliments are a great motivation too!
