you dont have to hit the macros exactly. i think around 10% over/short shouldnt be much of a difference. youre a pretty tiny person to be trying to lose weight, no?

I bet you wouldn't even need an entire cage. Some squat stands are a more cost efficient buy. But with something like that, combined with a decent bench and plates, right there you can do the big 3, squats, bench, and deadlifts, amongst other things

when it comes to weight training, progress is measured by increasing in either weight or volume.. so i'd suggest either dropping weight but increasing the amount of reps, or increasing weight but with a lower amount of reps. then slowly add on weights, maybe do a set with 5lbs extra, then the next week add 5 more lbs. i…
