had the same problem, usually at heavier weight. FRONT SQUATS at a lighter weight. since the bar is in front of you, it forces you to stay more upright than a back squat.

i was just thinking about this. When youre sore your muscles have tiny tears in them. They'll repair themselves overtime to become stronger. well if you're hitting your macros then you should be hitting your calories as well.. so hit those macros! if you're gaining muscle, then definitely get a good amount of carbs as well as protein.
