Ever since I started drinking AT LEAST 8 cups of water per day, my facial skin has been SO healthy! It's smooth and not as oily, and it looks amazing. I'm not stopping this any time soon.

I have somewhat of the same problem. I'm not reaching my total calories but only because if I do, I'll be WAY over in things like protein, carbs, fat, and sodium. I'm mostly eating fruits and meats, but apparently I'm doing something wrong :/

They don't have any. Breast tissue is mostly adipose (fat) and since they burn up the majority, they are probably like an A cup at the most, maybe B due to muscle tissue built up under the breast itself. That's why they get breast implants.

You need to rest. Straining yourself when your body is fighting off anything will make the sickness last longer, or actually make you sicker. Just stick to your calorie intake, but take in lots of Vitamic C, zinc, and calcium!!
