OMG! I love them cocoa roasted almonds. My trick to not over eating them is to measure them out in single servings. My kids make sure I'll only eat one serving.

I lack the motivation too.Right now I'm trying to find it, in the mean time, I just walk,go cleaning the house and some days I do manage to do a workout. Just get up and move, eventually the motivation will come.

If you lose slowly it won't be as bad, and given that you are young, you still have a fair amount of elasticity, so it may not be a problem. I had 3 C-sections. Of course they were years ago. My oldest is 18 and youngest is 11. You're welcome to add me as a friend.

I joined in the beginning of June. I grew up in Manayunk , but I live in Kensington now. The neighborhood isn't the greatest, but it's where I can afford to live right now.

Depending on what kind of foods you choose,( fruits and veggies, whole grain , nothing processed)those 400 calories of food may be way more filling.

I just made some iced tea, I love brewing my own. I add a packet of True Lemon in them. That's about all I drink, besides a cup or two of coffee.
