  • I don't know if you have tried Jillian Michaels 30 Day shred, but it is a combination of strength, cardio, and abs. The workouts are only 25 minutes long and they use small hand weights in the exercises. I noticed a ton of tone up in my upper body from doing those workouts for just a couple of weeks! Good luck!
