Totally normal. Here's a year's worth of mine, very similar:

Does it say the total weight of the whole bag? If so you can just divide it evenly for each piece. Since you'll eventually eat it all it will even out across the days.

The latest one that kind of stuck was at a friend's barbeque. I had just done a few miles of walking during the day and hadn't had a good breakfast, so I was starving and grabbed a second hamburger, and the person next to me blurts out: "Must be nice not to care how you look and be able to eat what you want".

The escaping of the single quote gives it away!

I weigh every morning, just step on it briefly direct out of bed before the morning coffee... I'm not conscious enough to register what it says, and basically I just follow the normalized curve instead of each point entry.

If the weighing is annoying, grab something like this: http://www.amazon.com/Storage-Stackable-Containers-Crafts-Findings/dp/B001AS6OLK and pre-weigh handfuls. divide up the package of nuts when you buy it, and weight then. after that just grab one of those as a handful (could even do with different sizes of handfuls!).

It makes this whole thing so much easier, coffee having very little calories!

Not sure if my counter says anything about me or not...

Yes! Please! All is forgiven!

Ok, guess it's time to come out of lurking mode, feel free to add- can always use more friends on here. Varied forms of geekery, goes in waves between different areas, very much "Oh shiny!"-syndrome. The stuff that lasts is Gaming, TV Series/Movies, Photography, Coffee geekery. For the others I'll get really intensive…

I started out with Zork on our home computer for a while, but what really made me a gamer, in that I realized I could sit from sunrise to sundown with a single game was Pool of Radiance. That really drew me into games as a medium. In between Zork and Pool of Radiance I played games like Bubble Bobble, Super Mario Bros,…

It seems like you're into quite large worlds with a bit of story attached? Have you looked into the Mass Effect trilogy, or Fallout 3, maybe. (I would suggest the Uncharted series, as it is quite close to Tomb raider in certain ways, but they are a Playstation-only series)

I think we need to coin the phrase "Video Game Summit Syndrome", we just need a good acronym for it, hmm... I've had the same, but that can come after a long TV series finishes (Rome, The Wire), a long book series or video games. To cope with it I switch the medium or hobby for a bit after, since it's hard to jump into…
