Ok, that makes sense. I figured I shouldn't log seperately and just use my calorie burn from my step count but I wasn't 100% sure. I know it's not exact, but it gives me a general idea at least! Thanks for the help everyone :)

That's just the name of the program and it's called that because that's how long this specific workout program lasts…doesn't mean those of us doing it are only going to eat healthy and exercise for only 21 days and then quit….smh.
