Hello again :) So far, so green (yay!), currently 7/27. However today will most likely be red I think, I was out a little this morning but not feeling well, neither are the kids, so lounging at the moment. Super under yesterday as lost my appetite (think it might be related to not feeling well!) so I'll take any red in…

July 1st = green = 1/27 @bbinoa goal twin... :D @2marsh definitely! And great on the run! I have a FitBit Flex as all my exercise is walking and it's great, I know what you mean about motivation. I'm walking nearly all of my journeys now and feel so much stronger for it, plus the extra cals are good!

Oop! My goal this month is 27 days (out of 31 days).
-
I'm checking in! The challenge really helped last month :) I might not post daily but I will update regularly!
-
Thanks for the support! Learned a lot through this and I'm on my way to July...

June 29th & 30th = greens = 28/25 :o

27th & 28th June = greens = 26/25 yaaaaaaay! @R_Queenie thank you! Much better than last month as I keep thinking "gotta log this, wanna keep it green!",

@David_2015 nooooo :D for my taste, it's just no good, I'd rather just not have mayo. But I was practically raised on diet stuff in the 90s and rebelled on gaining my independence ;)

Mayo and fries. Before I could easily eat a large portion of fries with lots of salt and mayo. I only do full fat mayo and proper fried potatoes, so it's not the kind of thing I fit into my regular routine (which it used to be as part our weekly take out, we've now changed that up). I do still have them, just nowhere near…

:o I'm not alone! I also get funny during TOM with food, I get picky and don't feel like having much and usually just drink lots of tea!
-
Each week I have a couple of days of 1800-2100, a couple 2200-2500, and I usually have a day a week where I'm mainly at home so that's a 1500-1600 day. On my higher days... honestly? Mayo. And fattier cuts of meat. That's pretty much how I get there. I had a small slice of pork belly the other day, that's 650cals right…

June 26th = green = 24/25.

Another one who craves chocolate and gets hungrier, although this happens to me during ovulation as opposed to actual TOM (as do all the moods and crankiness and even cramps... :/ ). I don't keep a lot of snacks in the house for me - not to be miserably restrictive, I just don't snack often - so when that time hits and I'm…

23rd, 24th, 25th June = greens. 2 red days so far this month. 23/25 - almost there!
-
I'd miss it. I've had to go coffee-free in the past, but just for a week or two, for health reasons, and I missed it. I limited my coffee a lot more in my pregnancies and missed it then too. Miserable might be stretching it a bit but I'd be a bit pouty. It's the same as I would feel about excluding anything I like to…

June 22nd = red = 20/25 Ate a small slice of pork belly... turns out that's 650cals :hushed: Not like I didn't suspect all that fat would have some impact but it still surprised me!
-
June 21st = green = 20/25.
-
June 20th = green = 19/25. @bbinoa It's totally weird! I didn't expect it to impact on me so much but every day I find myself looking at my diary and thinking, "Hmm, gotta keep it green..." because I'll be reporting back later. So, it works!

SW: 188.2 CW: 156.6 GW1: 140 GW2: 125-130, will evaluate once I get to 140! Height: 5'3"-5'4"? (I'm 162cm) Age: 26

I started with 50-60lb to lose (50lb is initial goal, but likely to then aim for an extra 10lb). To me, 50lb seemed like a huge amount of weight to have to lose. In the past when I had smaller amounts to lose, like 7lb, usually after eating lots in the holidays or similar, I did it just by being mindful of what I ate, no…

June 18th & 19th = greens = 18/25. Been so much better this month with the extra accountability here
-
June 16th and 17th = both green = 16/25. Over halfway! Yay!
-
PS I know what you mean about people in the States being on at different times!
-
London, daily logger, lost 32lb so far (in last 6 months). Initial goal is in another 16lb, but will re-evaluate when I get there as I will probably start working lower but at a slower pace as there won't be as much to lose. Feel free to add me
-
Feel free to add me  I'm 26 and started with around 50lb to lose, with the aim of re-evaluating when I get there and considering another 10lb or so (giving a total around 60lb-ish). I have lost 30lb so far and I log every day (currently on day 180!).

15th June = green = 14/25.
-
14th June = green = 13/25. New week, aiming to keep it green all week! Or at least 6 days...
-
13th June = green = 12/25 B)
-
I'm also a 26yo woman, started with about 50lb to lose (initially, my goal might revise to a further 10lb-ish lower as I get closer to that goal). I'm 30lb down now  Feel free to add me, I'm a bit new to friend requests so haven't quite got the hang of it all :D

12th June = green = 11/25.
