Ordered the reg. WP... just did some of the Mal. Pilates... I feel a foot taller! I did about 25 of the DVD then did an extra 10 minutes to go over everything.

I try to take a drink or two of water between bites.. and I get full without eating the WHOLE plate.

Thanks everyone.. I am going to start learning to run.. well I mean train I guess.. I want to do a run event sometime this year.. and I love to bike.. so there's my cardio. I thought about looking up pilates for arms.. I may just look up exercises in a few. Any tips on getting rid of the stretch marks as they go down?
