Heart Rate Monitors (HRM's) you can get cheap ones for as low as 20$ (but I wouldn't) or you can get a good one starting around 80$ on up into the hundreds. I'd recommend a Polar HRM of most any kind.0

Thanks! I'll have to see what I can find.0

thats not really a heart rate monitor...it does a lot more than that....
Its called a "Body Bug"
but if you are interested in something that can count cals burned...how many steps you have taken and what you actually do during the night in your sleep...look at a device called "Fitbit"
you can go to www.fitbit.com
and see that one...look on the net for Bodybug also....0 -
It is called a BodyBugg. It retails for $350.00

Yes it's a bodybugg. I have one and I do love it for knowing how much I've burned everyday even when just sitting, although they are expensive. I spent $199 for the armband and the digital display was $79.99 so I didn't get it. But I did see a thing now that it's $249.99 for the both of them. Mine came with the 6 months of the free online program, which I usually only use to log my calories burned, but I don't like their calories consumed section. It's easier to use MFP cause they have more food options, on the bodybugg site I have to basically manually put all of my foods cause they don't have the brands I eat.0
