  • I am new to this group too. I have been doing it for almost a week. It really helps me keep track of what I eat. I love it. I wish everyone luck with their weight loss. I have about 50 lbs. to lose by this fall.
  • I end up with extra calories at the end of the day because I have been exercising. I just try to eat 3 meals and 3 snacks so I will not have too many left.
