I swear I replied but I don't see it. I'm trying to eat paleo. I found before that eating enough fat is really important. It's what helps you feet not hungry. If you just do protein and veggies without fat you probably won't be able to keep it up for long. Feel free to add me. I just started logging my food again.

I love sparking mineral water. Sometimes I add lemon. I don't do much dairy so it adds a little extra calcium to my diet. Sparking juices like Izze might be good to try. Some of them are pretty low calorie. I don't like the taste of diet sodas so I don't bother with those.
