    Day 13 of Whole30 program, things are going pretty good, tried new recipes love salmon patties and yesterday I made egg salad with eggs, avocado, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper. Made lettuce wraps wraps with it. Delish!

    I'm on day15 if whole30, just starting to record on MFP. This is my 2nd whole30 and I'm planning to do 60 days in total.

    I'm going to do my first Whole30 starting on 1/30. I've been busy preparing for it (stocking pantry items, oils, vinegars, etc), and have already started incorporating it in my every day food intake. Would love to have some friends who have done it, are doing it, or will be doing it! Feel free to add me. :blush:

    I'm just finished day 26, it does involve a lot of food prep, but I find I have lots of pre cooked food in the fridge. This is good when you're hungry you can just reheat. It's just my husband and me and he is a shift worker, so he usually take left overs for his work meal. If I have the oven on I usually cook a squash and sweet potatoes at the same time. I'm Canadian but live in a border city so I have found more compliant food options stateside. Good luck on your journey, don't get discouraged if you slip up, just get back on track remember its a journey not a destination.
