  • I've never been insulted about my weight loss. Most of the feedback I've gotten has been really positive. However, I ran into one person last week so was almost overly concerned about how much weight I've been losing. She wanted to know all about how many calories I've been getting each day and why I wanted to lose weight.…
  • Feel free to add me! I also need to lose about 10 more pounds. My goal is to fit into a bikini. :)
  • Quest bars are probably the best protein bars out there! I like them because they don't upset my stomach and they don't have a huge list of strange ingredients. • 1. Once people notice you've lost weight, they always think that they have a better way of how to do it. I was once told that I could eat fat and sugar, just not at the same time, and still lose weight. 2. The late night cravings for junk food. Also, when everyone else around you can eat junk except you. For example, being…
  • Definitely add me! I would love some friends as I don't have any at the moment. I've lost 20 pounds using MFP!
