  • I drink coffee and tea, but I haven't noticed coffee ever changing my appetite specifically. I feel more full after drinking it, just like I would water. It gives me more energy, so I'm more likely to go for a walk or run however.

  • Spaghetti squash is delicious! And very healthy :) To me it tastes pretty much the same as spaghetti. The only difference is the texture, which isn't gross at all. It's a great substitute for normal spaghetti and can be used as a side or main dish. Definitely recommend!
