Thank you! I felt like I was NEVER going to reach the end of Stage 1. I'll try to do pics this weekend. I'm a bit nervous that there's going to be absolutely NO change in the pics. I think it's highly possible actually since I was trying to get my thyroid regulated through most of Stage 1.

Step ups are so hard. I started with the wrong height and had to decrease my weights once I got the right height. I find that I have to really really really focus on my core or I start wobbling to one side or the other as I'm pushing down and trailing leg is coming up. Anyone else have that problem?
