i lost only 6lbs when people started noticing ^_^.. being small frame and petitle has its advantages too i guess :D any small gain or loss is noticed:D

i started out as obese now i am in healthy weight range but still want to drop 26-16 pounds.. we will see about that.. my UGW is 100lbs which i am now reevaluating and so it might be 110 or somewhere in between... we'll see about that when i get there.. how long will it take me? seriously i have no freaking idea about that…

hi electojay can you please give me some guide about creating a deficit of 500? i mean how do you do it? my tdee is 2000 and my bmr is 1200 something and i eat 1500 calories daily.. out of these i burn 200-300 calories almost everyday of the week.. so i net like 1300-1400.. now my question will my deficit will be 500 on…

your starting weight is exactly like mine..i am 5'0 though.. i want to get down to 100lbs but may be i am aiming more.. i think 110 would be more realistic (i am 126 now) .. i wanted to ask if you are satisfied at your weight?

my proudest moment today was when i stepped on weight machine after one week of hardwrok and i have lost a pound! :):) that feeling seriously!

just stick to your routine and you will notice it eventually.. you are doing everything fine .. just be glad you are still losing there are some who have had hit a plateau for six months or more .. persistence is the ONLY SOLE thing that will get you through this journey!. stay strong:) try staying away from weight…

i have been picked on by every freaking single person in my family my friend circle.... sometimes it hurts me alot.. there are people fatter than me in my family (the previous me) and they picked on me in front of everybody and i just have to smile i know i cant be rude to anybody because they will just pick on me some…

so far i havent lost any weight.. but i must admit i wasnt strict.. my calories usually stay up and i dont do the routine strictly.. but did i have alot of energy? yes! i feel lighter O.o.. i dont know why but i want to believe i am building muscle and losing fat.. i mean that is the only way i can feel lighter, right?

lol thats a good way :D .. i meant was its not only the pain its also about being uncomfortable doing some moves :| i mean u cant really move(exercise) that much properly when you are on periods.. i have to rest three days atleast.. fourth day onwards i am fine though.

i dont weigh myself during periods because i am always feeling bloated or crappy.. however i do have a question in mind.. what kind of workouts do u guys do during periods? i can barely move -_- i am doing turbofire right now but doing it during my time of the month is impossible :|
